Further scientific activities
Infrared ellipsometry and Raman scattering spectroscopy studies of ZnO and ZnO-based thin films. Investigation of incorporation of alloying or doping elements, influence on crystal properties and free charge carrier parameters.
Service measurements (infrared ellipsometry, Raman scattering spectroscopy, transmission, reflectivity, FTIR) of inorganic and organic thin films: determination of dielectric functions, thickness, free charge carrier parameters, lattice vibration parameters, composition, strain, ...
Design and test of an in-situ Raman probe for thin film (growth) characterization.
